After the defeat in test series at Australia by 4-0 India got a chance to prove themselves in Twenty20 matches. Bailey calls and won the toss. Australian skipper decides to bat first and let the visitors bowl on their home ground.

Australian openers were there on field and D. Warner wants to face the first ball of the second T20 match with a change in batting order come A.J. Finch. Praveen Kumar doesn’t want to set Warner and was caught by Gambhir on 8 runs of 8 balls. In the place of Warner takes Marsh and was also caught by Indian skipper for 0 (duck) by P. Kumar. Finch takes down Indian bowlers and made 36 runs of just 23 balls but was run out by Indian youngster Jadeja.

Hussey also contributed 24 essential runs on 29 deliveries and was caught and bowl by Jadeja, M. Wade who has played a spectacular innings in the first match was looking good before he was run out by R. Sharma. Sharma run out another batsman of Australia who was the skipper Bailey and was gone on 3 runs of 4 balls. Australia’s batting line up was broken by Indian bowlers and fielders. Indian bowlers wipe out Aussie batsmen in 131all out. McKay gone for a duck by Vinay Kumar, Hogg was given lbw on the bowl of Sharma and Doherty was run out by Raina, the only batsman left not out was Lee on 6 facing 4 deliveries. Australia made 131 all out after 19.4 over and the target was of 132 from 20 over in front of Indian batsmen. From India Praveen Kumar and Sharma took 2-2 wickets each and Jadeja and V. Kumar took 1-1 each.

As the second innings start Australia set their field for Indian openers Gambhir and Sehwag. India starts off well and was flying with shots of hard hitting batsmen Sehwag, but in the 7 over Hogg bowl beautiful delivery and Sehwag was caught by Marsh. On the other hand Gambhir is batting quite well and to support him Kohli was in. Both the batsmen played beautifully and completed their 50 partnership in no time, but due to wrong shot selection Kohli has to depart from field on 31 runs of 24 balls – bowled by Marsh and caught by wicket keeper Wade.

Now, the time for Indian skipper to step in and play some handy shots to win. Before India could win Gambhir made a magnificent 50 and was great to see someone in form for India. India won the match by 8 wickets and the opener was 56 not out of 60 balls whereas the captain was playing on 21 runs of just 18 balls. From the Australian side Hogg and Marsh took 1-1 wicket each.

The Man of the Match was gone to Indian youngster Ravindra Jadeja for his brilliant work in field and with the ball.

All three teams have agreed to use DRS in the triangular series, but only Australia and Sri Lanka are supporting it.

DRS in the absence of the first test match between India and Australia’s controversial decision, it has affected both sides. The newspaper tells, “There were two extra debatable verdicts — from South African Marais Erasmus, brings to five the number of commands that could have been Reversed had the system been in place for this tri-series. Both sides were discomfort.” “James Pattinson had a large leg before shot against Ravichandran Ashwin reversed below in spite of Channel Nine’s Eagle Eye tracking technology signals the ball would have Impinge leg stump.

After hitting a massive double century the day before yesterday in Indore, Virender Sehwag demands have rapidly increased in the advertising world also. His wonderful and outstanding innings at Indore results in making him a superstar in the ad world also.

Sehwag told to the media about it that his mobile is flooded with more than 800 messages after that inning and he currently do not known how many of such messages were from the corporate market or from advertisers. His managers, Professional Management Groups which is also known as PMG told that many advertisers want to sign him and Sehwag will be going to have a shot with many brands before leaving Australia on December 12th.

PMG also told to the media that “Sehwag’s interest level among advertisers has grown rapidly and he has given a perfect answer from his bat to the detractors who uses to say that now he can’t get more runs in One Day Internationals.”

PMG CEO told that Sehwag will be going to sing around 4 to 5 deals of around Rs 10 crore a year with an estimated annual fess per deal of around 2 crore to Rs 2.5 crore of every brand name for which he will be going to work. He will work with the top brands like Adidas, Karbonn Mobiles, Hero Moto Corporation as well as Royal Challengers and with such brands he will work for a very long time.

As per the Karbonn Mobile Company, Sehwag’s promotion of their brand names and his appeal to huge mass helpful in increasing their brand recall value also. This is really amazing news for such brand names and shocking news for other branded company who emerges as a competitor of such companies today. Well! Let us see that will Sehwag accept another brand’s deals apart from it in future or not.

Mumbai Indians are the winners of the CLT20 2011. Yesterday on the final match took place between Mumbai Indian and Royal Challengers Bangalore, MI had given their best performance and their best performance result in the winning of the final match of CLT20.

MI won the toss and elected to bat first, their opening was not quite good and they lost their opener batsman Kanwar at a score of 6runs. At that time the team score was only 10. Franklin had made smashing 45 runs on 29 balls and this inning is very helpful for giving a fighting total of 139 runs to Royal Challengers.

Spinners Harbhajan Singh (3/20) and Yuzvendra Chahal (2/9) along with Lasith Malinga (2/23) had defended this small total in a good way. These bowlers not only straggled RCB batsmen but also took 7 crucial wickets after a late batting collapse.

Batting of MI was not quite impressive in the whole tournament and absence of their Captain Sachin Tendulkar put a great bulk to the team. The bowler must be given the whole credit of this tournament tag.

RCB opener Tilakratne Dilshan put a smashing hit on the first over and his wicket was taken by Malinga on the fist ball of fifth over. In the very next over, Harbhajan took a surprise wicket of Chris Gayle. The burden of steadying Challengers innings then went to Kohli’s shoulder but at the 11th Over Chahal took his precious wicket which had given a surety chance of win to the MI.

Australia’s most important pool rivals Ireland be adamant there are no horror buttons being pushed after affliction their third consecutive Rugby World Cup warm-up overwhelm. France coach Marc Lievremont’s men overcame a slow-moving to create to be successful 26-22 on Saturday, delivering an overcome that will give Ireland coach Declan Kidney a headache as he prepares to name his 30-man group for the World Cup.

On this presentation some players may have played themselves elsewhere of selection other than O’Driscoll was unenthusiastic to examine too much into the overcome. Ireland was rounding off an underwhelming tournament when Johnson’s grand slam running after side visited Dublin. The hosts outperformed England in each facet of the game that day to record a 24-8 conquest and a in the same way imposing showing will be requisite next week if Ireland are to travel to New Zealand with any assurance.

The Ospreys winger is solution to any Irish hopes in New Zealand, but he has yet to characteristic for Ireland this season. England trip Dublin subsequently Saturday for Ireland’s last warm-up Test and the Irish will anticipate to put together some a large amount needed energy adjacent to Martin Johnson’s side seeing that they did in the final Six Nations game last March.

Tommy joined in with them this week but they did not think he was ready for this weekend. There are no panic buttons being pushed. People will talk but that was his first game and they are disappointed with parts of the presentation but we are still annoying to build our final product.

Banahan would have been greatest in the 1990’s against Lomu when big winners were the fashion but now so one dimensional, any winger against him, as Williams showed, tackle low and any big tree will go over Hape &Tindall. Dawson is so obviously the man to replace Easter that it is nothing short of cronyism he isn’t in the frame.

A far is the better player in every aspect of back row play especially at 8. It seems the more time the coaches have with the players the less instinctively and creatively they play. even one could add perhaps that when those coaches have been basically comprised of the same personnel for a number of years that a few new faces with fresh ideas might provide a less blinkered approach to the game and hence selection policy.

England’s style has deteriorated to an impact game where collision is de rigor biggest is best is its mantra and strategy and game plan are straight off the blackboard with players playing by numbers. The fact that several of the likely squad are also overweight or over muscled and as a result are yards short of pace seems not to affect the current selection criteria. These are the 10 things about which he have thought:

Find depth in the final quarter of the field

Learn to adapt at key moments

Provide immediate support from attacking moves or set piece plays

Eliminate bad decoys

Get nastier at the breakdown

Versatility can be a curse

Banish self-doubt and never ever beat yourself up
